ALLURE LAS VEGAS MARKET UPDATE

There are 31 other condos for sale at Allure ranging from $169k for a small 3rd floor unit to $499k for a 30th floor 2 BR 1233 sq. ft. condo facing up the strip offering those long Las Vegas Strip views that high rise condo buyers covet.

 

One of the best units available in my opinion is a 28th floor 1 bedroom condo facing South that has laminate floors and is offered at $219k.  We had a client place an offer on this unit (it's not our listing) and the sellers countered at $199k. When you compare the prices of the 1 bedrooms at Allure to those at VEER Towers - you will find that they are selling at about half the going price per square foot of VEER.  Granted, VEER TOWERS CONDOS are located in the prime Harmon Corridor, but in Vegas, what is old is new again, and with SLS VEGAS planned to open at the end of this year these lower priced condos at Allure on double digit floors are very attractive to investors and second home vacation buyers.
